Easy Delish Fish

Easy, Delicious, and under 200 calories!!! What's not to love?

Here's what you need:

Tilapia fillets- I buy Kroger frozen tilapia fillets from Smiths
Tomato
Feta- I buy Athenos tomato basil chunk feta, Smith's or Walmart
Salt, Pepper, Basil

Preheat oven to 375.
Place a sheet of aluminum foil in the bottom of a baking dish and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Place frozen tilapia in baking dish, season with salt and pepper.
Top each fillet with a slice of tomato then crumble feta liberally over the top.
Sprinkle with a little basil if you like (I do).
Bake 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Tip: Jim doesn't like tomato but this recipe is so versatile that even the novice chef can easily adapt it to please the most stubborn of picky eaters!!!
